Using Tomo means you agree.
By creating an account or using the Tomo service you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What Tomo is.
Tomo is an AI-powered personal assistant accessible via Telegram. It helps you manage reminders, notes, and calendar events through natural conversation. We may update, add, or remove features at any time — we'll give you reasonable notice of significant changes.
One account, your responsibility.
Each person may hold one account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Use it fairly.
You agree not to misuse the service — this includes attempting to scrape or reverse-engineer Tomo, sending unlawful, abusive, or spam content through the bot, or using the service in any way that could harm others or disrupt our infrastructure.
We connect, they govern.
Tomo integrates with third-party services such as Google Calendar and Gmail. Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective provider's terms. Tomo is not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
You own your data. We own Tomo.
The Tomo product, brand, and underlying technology belong to us. Your notes, messages, reminders, and calendar data belong to you. We claim no ownership over content you create.
An assistant, not an authority.
Tomo is provided as-is. While we work hard to keep it accurate and helpful, it may occasionally make mistakes. Tomo is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or other expert advice. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Our liability is limited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tomo's liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $10, whichever is greater.
Either of us can end this.
You may stop using Tomo and close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible. On termination, your data is retained for 90 days then deleted, unless you request earlier deletion.
We'll tell you before we change.
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you via email or an in-app message with reasonable advance notice before the changes take effect. Continued use of Tomo after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
