Everything we store exists for one reason: to make Tomo more helpful to you personally.
Deleted on request
Email us and we will delete all your data within 30 days, no questions asked.

Account information
Your email address and name from Google or GitHub sign-in, used to identify your account.
Messages & content
The messages you send Tomo and the notes, reminders, and events you create — stored so Tomo can recall and act on them.
Calendar data
Events synced from Google Calendar (when you connect it), used only to read and update your schedule.
Usage analytics
Aggregated, anonymised metrics such as feature usage and error rates. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics.
No tracking, no profiling.
Kept only as long as needed.
Active account data is retained while your subscription is active. If you cancel, your data is kept for 90 days in case you return, then automatically deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time.
Protected end-to-end.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is strictly limited to the Tomo team members who need it to operate the service.
